Our new barn has spacious 12' by 12' stalls with full rubber mats, automatic waterers, lofty ceilings, over head paddle fans,, individual lights and yoked doors. There are three hot and cold wash racks and four more grooming stalls. A central smoke and heat sensitive fire alarm system has been installed.

...Each stall has it's own private medicine and supplement cabinet to ensure proper attention to individual diets. Private cabinets and two tack rooms conveniently located near the groom stalls provide boarders easy access to their equipment.

...Boarders are treated to a large, comfortable, clean lounge, which is heated and air conditioned and contains a refrigerator, microwave, TV and stereo system for their enjoyment.

...Horses are turned out daily on green pastures with run in shelters either individually or with friends.

...Facilities include an attached 80' by 160' covered arena with a full wall of mirrors, lights, and stereo music. The well maintained footing is composed of a rubber and sand mixture on a packed sand and clay base.

...There are two 100' by 200' outdoor arenas, one with rubber and sand mixture. The outside course has hunter style jumps, a bank and splash complex for cross country training, and several ditches of varying widths and depths.

...The farm is surrounded by the Assunpink Wildlife Management Area, which permits horseback riding year round, through wooded trails, on dirt roads and around the edges of open fields. The Monmouth County Hunt kennels are located in the Assunpink.
